Client Portal: Add a Task
Once you've created a project, tasks can be added to it. Some projects we will break down into individual tasks, but in other cases you may want to assign the tasks.
For example, if we are doing an ongoing webmastering project for you, every time you want something updated, you can add it as a task to the webmastering project. Then we can complete the task.
To add a task for us to work on, first navigate to the project:
- Click on Projects at the top left
- Click the name of the project you want to add a task to

Next, click on the new task button.

Now you can fill out the task information.
- Enter a descriptive Task Name
- The Description is optional, but a good place to give some more information about the task.
- Make sure to enter a Start Date and target End Date under the Dates tab.
- Other fields are optional.

When you're done entering the task info, click the save button on the right.
